Services

Currently I am offering all services via telehealth.

Services start with a free 15 minute consultation. During this time we will discuss your current needs and how we can work together to meet them.

Following the consultation we will do a 60 minute intake assessment. This is when we dive a little deeper into what brings you to counseling and form goals to help you resolve the presenting problem.

Sessions after the assessment are 45 minutes.

Insurance

I am currently in-network with Cigna, Optum, Oxford, United Health Care, Aetna, and Oscar Health.

If I am not in-network with your insurance Iaccept self-pay clients and you will be provided with a superbill every month that you can submit to your insurance company.
